Terms of Service

Clear terms for a local-first app growth workbench, its integrations and any separately offered paid services.

Last updated 3 November 2026

1. The product and operator

These terms concern Sansora, operated by Sansavision, a division of Sansa Group AB, organisation number 559111-9507, Soldathemsgatan 20, 415 28 Göteborg, Sweden (we, us). Sansora helps developers research store visibility, track observations and prepare listing changes. This is a pre-release development build. Features shown in designs or the roadmap, including hosted sync, AI, Paywalls, media editors and Google Play support, are not included unless the running product explicitly makes them available.

2. Eligibility and access

You must have legal capacity to agree to these terms, or permission from a person who does. If you act for an organisation, you must be authorised to do so. You are responsible for your devices, local files, integrations and access you give to agents. Do not share keys or give an integration access to a store account you are not authorised to use.

3. Your work and our software

You retain ownership of your research, listing copy, screenshots and other content. You give us only the rights needed to process content you deliberately send to an enabled service or support. Local storage alone does not grant us permission to receive your database. Subject to these terms and any licence you purchase, you may use Sansora for lawful app-development work. Third-party software and content retain their own licences.

4. Store data, estimates and AI

Store rankings and suggestions are observations from a particular source, market and time. They can differ by device or request method. Demand, difficulty and beatability can be experimental estimates; they do not guarantee installs, revenue or store approval. Check source, age and confidence labels. Review proposed copy, translations and agent output before using them. You remain responsible for store-policy compliance, rights in assets and final publishing decisions.

5. Integrations and approval

Apple, Google and your AI providers are independent services with their own terms, availability and charges. Connecting an account does not authorise every future action. Review plans and field changes before approving external writes. Do not use Sansora to bypass store restrictions or rate limits. A local agent with filesystem access may have powers beyond the application interface; configure it accordingly.

6. Purchases, updates and refunds

No checkout is active in this build. If a paid offer becomes available, its checkout must state the price, tax, device allowance, included updates, renewal terms and seller before purchase. A one-time desktop licence is not a promise of perpetual updates or hosted service. Subscriptions, if offered, must disclose their renewal and cancellation terms. Refund requests go to the seller identified on your receipt. Mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal rights, remain unaffected. We do not treat using this preview as consent to a charge or a waiver of those rights.

7. Backups and ending use

Keep independent copies of important work. You can stop using the desktop app at any time. Local research is not automatically erased when you uninstall it. If a hosted account is offered later, its export, closure and retention controls will be described before use. Ending a paid service does not itself authorise us to remove data stored only on your computer.

8. Acceptable use and restrictions

Follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may restrict a hosted service to address unlawful use, security threats or a material breach. Where permitted, we will explain the reason, the scope and how to challenge the decision. Contact support@sansavision.com to request human review. We do not claim the ability to moderate private local files that have never been sent to us.

9. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a useful, reliable product, but pre-release software and third-party endpoints can fail or change. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted service or a particular commercial result. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights. Any commercial service-level or liability terms must be stated in the applicable signed agreement or paid offer.

10. Changes and disputes

We will identify material revisions and give reasonable notice where required. Swedish law governs these terms subject to mandatory protections of your home jurisdiction. Business disputes may be brought before the courts of Sweden, with Göteborgs tingsrätt as the first instance. Consumers retain any mandatory rights concerning jurisdiction and applicable law and may contact ARN where eligible. Questions and complaints: support@sansavision.com.
