Acceptable Use Policy

Use Sansora responsibly

• Use only store accounts, apps, credentials and workspaces you are authorised to access.
• Respect Apple, Google and other providers’ terms, policies and rate limits. Do not rotate identities or connections to evade restrictions.
• Review listing edits and generated assets for accuracy, ownership and store compliance.
• Keep personal data out of keyword lists, prompts and support attachments unless it is necessary and you have a lawful basis.

Prohibited use

• Malware, credential theft, phishing, fraud, spam or unauthorised access.
• Fabricated reviews, manipulated rankings, deceptive listings or misleading subscription and paywall practices.
• Copyright or trademark infringement, non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitation of children, harassment or unlawful disclosure of private data.
• Circumventing authorisation, billing, security controls or technical safety limits.
• Disruptive scanning, denial-of-service tests or probing other customers’ data. Coordinate legitimate research through our Security page.

Reports and review

Send a specific URL, app or workspace reference, the reason for your report and a way to reach you to support@sansavision.com. Send only evidence necessary for review. We assess reports and take proportionate action on services we operate; where appropriate we explain restrictions and provide human review. We may preserve or disclose evidence when legally required. Local files we have not received are outside our hosted moderation controls.
