Copyright Policy

Respect for original work, with a clear way to report infringement and request review.

Report suspected infringement

Email support@sansavision.com with the subject “Sansora copyright notice”. Identify the protected work, the exact material and URL or service reference you are reporting, why you believe it infringes, your name and contact details, and whether you own the rights or act for the owner. Include a good-faith statement that the report is accurate. We accept notices in DMCA format without representing that we are a registered US DMCA agent.

What we can act on

We review reports concerning material on our website or hosted services we operate. We cannot remove a third party’s store listing or files stored only on someone else’s computer. For those, contact the relevant platform or rights holder. Public store metadata and gallery references do not grant you a licence to copy another app’s design, screenshots, text or trademarks.

Review and appeals

Where a report establishes infringement, we may remove or restrict the material under our control and inform affected parties where legally permitted. If you believe a restriction is mistaken, reply with the reference and evidence of ownership, permission or another legal basis. A person will review it. Repeated misuse may lead to restrictions on hosted access. Contact support@sansavision.com for follow-up; legal remedies remain available.
